That's a beautiful picture! The repeating pattern of the wood, the positive and negative, is wonderful, like a mosaic. And then there's all the security of a well-stocked, well-stacked woodpile. Mmm. Someday....

Warms you twice as I recall...
madcap-I like the pattern too. And wood split like this just seems to fall into that arrangement naturally. Sylvia-some day I'll post a picture of him splitting this stuff! FC- at least twice. I get warm just bringing an armload inside. This is all nice, dry oak, with a bit of maple and other hardwoods mixed in, the stuff we bought for $35 a truckload! 3 truckloads so far. :)
