FW- The photo quality wasn't the greatest, I was taking it through a dirty window and I think the flash went off, but the message still shows through. :)
Yes, that is my place. From a perspective I had never seen before.
Jayne- Thanks! :)
Pablo- Looks can be deceiving; sometimes I think he's the opposite!
Robin Andrea- That look speaks volumes about what happens when kids spend time with nature. I've never seen that look when he's playing a video game! I think I started birding when I was about his age. Too bad I lost that sense of wonder in adolescence, and took so many years to regain it.
What a cute picture! You guys still have a lot of snow on the ground! After 2 days of 60+ degrees, I only have a few small patches in sheltered areas left.

Lynne- yeah. :) I'm hoping he gets his front teeth in before sweet corn season!
This picture speaks volumes. Love this. :)
And I love the new header picture too. Is that your place?
What a sweeeet photo!
He probably has wings of his own. He looks like a little angel.
I love the look on his face. I wish I started birdwatching when I was his age.

RuthieJ- That picture was about a week old when I posted it; amazing what can happen in a week in March. Now it's all mud.
