I was just telling my new next door neighbor about the ice that formed on the inside wall paneling of my apartment last winter. There's nothing like ice on the inside of your house or water freezing in your toilet bowl (actually happened to my mom the year before last) to tell you that it's cold up here. Have you noticed how quickly the light is fading too?
