This is my youngest child, who graduated "with honors" from preschool today. They had a very nice program and ceremony, with lunch afterwards.
It didn't sink in until later. I no longer have a baby, or a toddler, or a preschooler. All of my children are "school age". Waaaahhh!
C'mon, Deb, be pro-active! There's more where he came from, right? And you'll have LOTS more room this fall...
ReplyDeleteCute boy-o.
Oh man, what a cute boy! My oldest Molly is headed off to Armstrong HS in the fall...
ReplyDeleteI must say though, it sure is fun as they get older and smarter (most of the time).
Great photo - he certainly has spirit and "attitude." Enjoy the next phase, Deb.
ReplyDeletemadcap- no, no, we don't want to go there...;)
ReplyDeleteLynne- Armstrong? My ex-rival! Actually, I had a lot of good friends who ended up going to Armstrong. We would have all gone to Robbinsdale HS together, but I was in ninth grade when they decided to close it. :(
I do think it is more fun as they get more independent. Most of the time.
Pam in Tucson- Thanks, I'm looking forward to The School Years. :)
ReplyDeleteMy youngest just graduated from college. I'm saying "Yeahhhh!"
ReplyDeleteWhat a darling young man. Go ahead and mourn a bit and then smile at thought of the bright future ahead - all the smiles, laughter and pride in future accomplishments.
ReplyDeleteJust think, before you know it you'll be in FC's shoes. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute smile on that little one!
